A fine jacket.A word about real jackets for motorcycles. They fit tight. I am 6 foot 210 pounds and 55 years old. In motorcycle jackets I go up to a xxl to fit over sweatshirts, my fleece heated vest. Real motorcycle jackets have protection for wrecks. This reduces your injuries by 80 percent proven by comparing european injury to accident rate to americas where every one wears, well whatever, just watch what you see passing you on the road. CE armor is the european common market standard of protective armor, this is several times more efective than CVA armor, which is just foam padding. Kevlar is good for abrasion reduction in a slide, but initial impact needs a shell for impact with a foam liner. This jacket meets the higher of these 2 standards. |

I am 6' 1" 200lbs. and the XXL is a perfect fit. After searching for a long time for a nice mesh jacket I came across this one. The jacket is solid black, not the grayish color that appears in the picture (I was happy about that). The entire thing is mesh with a zip out liner for colder riding. I haven't used the liner yet, but the jacket without the liner still keeps me plenty warm riding in 60-70 degree temps. With summer on the way I'm sure this will be perfect for those hot days as well. I was also surprised how heavy this jacket is. It doesn't weigh you down when riding and I like to think of the weight as a sign of quality. Overall I am very happy with this jacket and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
