I purchased the Ionic Explorer case for my new Iphone 5, but the case does not fit on the phone. The case is essentially too small for the iphone 5. Everyone in my household attempted to put this case on, but it didn't fit. It clearly is not for the iphone 5. I was very disappointed as this was the first time I've ever ordered from Amazon. I would not waste my money on this product. You get what you pay for. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. It should be removed and banned for iphone 5.

If you want the same Otterbox protection but don't want to pay Ottberbox price then this is the case for you. I just got it today and I was like "wow". For less than 10$, you will get dual layer protection between thick silicon and hard plastic for your new iPhone. All the ports are accessible. Even the side volume button has silicon cover and gives off a tactile feeling when they are press. This is probably best protection for iPhone 5 that 10 bucks can buy.

cumbersome as an OtterBox. Recommend it.
